On the basis of the JVP video measuring instrument, high-precision Renishaw probe probes have been added, equipped with TPM dedicated software, which can be used for measuring solids, slopes, circles, grooves, columns, balls, cones, blind holes, heights, etc., as well as calculating the relevant positions, distances, and angles of each element. The entire measurement can be completed in one go.

6.Function of semi-automatic measurement software
6.1Basic geometric measurement: measuring points, lines, circles, arcs, ellipses, etc.
6.2Automatic measurement function: automatic edge finding measurement, frame selection measurement, screening of burrs, automatic edge finding for quick measurement of points, lines, circles, arcs, etc.
6.3Combination element measurement: Combining points, lines, and circles for measurement, can calculate center distance, circle tangent, centerline of two lines, center point, vertical distance, angle bisector, intersection of two lines, etc.
6.4Measurement of form and position errors: measure and calculate form and position errors such as concentricity, roundness, straightness, positional accuracy, inclination, etc.
6.5Coordinate system setting: The original coordinates can be translated or rotated, the position of the object can be adjusted, or a new coordinate system can be reset.
6.6Comparison function: Output the geometric measurement workpiece image graphics in DXF format for real-time comparison measurement. It can also retrieve the AutoCAD engineering drawing document and the image DXF document graphics for overlapping comparison measurement, thereby verifying the deviation between the workpiece and the standard drawing.
6.7Semi automatic height measurement: The focus indicator can use Z-axis macro step movement to focus and obtain multiple clear Z-axis tomographic images, which can be combined into a clear and complete image combination. The system will determine the best clarity position of the image based on the image combination, effectively enhancing the reliability and repeatability accuracy of the measurement, and reducing errors.
6.8Dimensioning function: In object image measurement, composite calculation measurement can be performed based on image graphics without clicking function keys and command bars, and length, angle, coordinate, radius, etc. can be directly annotated on image graphics in the image window.
6.9Output of detection results: can be exported to DXF/WORD/EXCEL for data processing.
6.10Geometric tolerance setting: Several positional tolerances in the workpiece can be identified in the form of shortcut keys and selected in an intelligent dialog box, making the operation simple and convenient.
6.11Direct axis light source system: The use of a direct axis light source system can display the contour of the workpiece with high precision, allowing for more accurate measurement data when using semi-automatic image measurement software.
6.122DCopying function: The measurement software can perform 2D/3D copying in reverse engineering, so as to create standard 2D engineering drawings and 3D models, providing great space for reverse engineering development of other hardware, plastic molds, and other materials.
6.13Measurement Data Statistics (SPC): Operators can edit data statistics tables according to the measurement requirements of the workpiece. Statistics can be performed on data such as * large value, * small value, average value, offset, mean offset, standard deviation, X-R, XM-R control chart, X-S, Ca, Cp, Cpk, etc.
6.14Semi automatic learning function: The measurement system has a semi-automatic program programming function that can be stored/retrieved for use. When conducting batch testing, only one measurement path programming is required, and the measurement points can be automatically captured without the need for further operation.
